I just finished a contract at the Bucheon Poly campus you were asking about... do not work at this hagwon. It discredits the good reputation of Poly schools across Korea. The pay was not always on time, the actual working hours were more than contracted, the apartment did not come fully furnished, and the director... well. That's a novel right there. Screaming at employees, firing others early to save money. Now, I'm at a great new school that has restored my faith in hagwons, because this school did everything possible to destroy it.
