When I was in Korea, I was Director of Operational Logistics for the Far Eastern Command (PACOM-FET). I was responsible for procuring supplies and services for bases in Korea and Japan, mainly from Korean companies.
Now, I am Director of Joint Combat Logistics for all forces in southern Afghanistan.
I was an ESL teacher, working in Seoul from 1997 to 2003. However, I had lived in Korea, on and off, from the time I was first sent here as a soldier in 1990 until my current assignment here in Afghanistan earlier this year. I did spent 3 years (1994-1997) back in the states getting my MPA. |
