Iran certainly makes noise like they want nuclear weapons. I think they do , they feel surrounded by the U.s. and are also afraid of israel. they are in a struggle for regional power with Turkey. all of this makes me think they are working on weapons.

The U.s. polices because they are asked to police. Europe does not have to spend money on military because they are protected by the U.S. In Asia they help to temper the conflicts between Japan, china, Russia and India. China values the U.s. commitment in Asia. the U.s. keeps the southern sealanes open and the Chinese does not have to build a blue water navy to meet the threat of Indian forces there.

Iran will not be bombed. Regime change is on the way there. the younger generation has little use for mullahs whose thinking is rooted in the 14th century.

Why? Israel has never attacked them or even called them nasty names. They have manufactured this crisis out of nothing.

I think it will. Israel will not let Iran have nukes. They probably perform surgical strikes, at some point- possibly the moment Russia decides to sell vital missile technology to Iran.
My guess is that we are seeing the rumblings of what will errupt into something bigger ultimately.

They're muslims. No muslim can be seen to differ from the teachings of the mullahs. Who get their ideas from the 6th century. Contradicting the koran, or the mullahs who are the official interpreters of the koran...is punishable by death.

That is why you will see very few if any muslims condemn terrorism. Because the jihadis are doing exactly what the koran commands- killing infidels and conquering the world by any and all means necessary.

imo Stuxnet beats Wikileaks for "top spy drama of the year", especially when you throw in motorcycle assassins attaching magnetic bombs to scientists' cars.

Also Junior:

In one post you say that Iran isn't afraid of Israel AND that Israel is going to bomb Iran's facilities. I guess that's logical if Iran knows less than you do o_O
