Have you heard of the new porn called 'cumshot surprise' Where a guy hides in a bush getting himelf heated and ready to burst, and as a woman walks by, he runs out and lets it off all over her?
I've yet to see it myself but an interesting concept I believe could be turned into a feature length movie at least. |
Are you serious? Who does that appeal to? Forget I asked, I don't want to know... |

| Those centipedes are all over the place in Korea. In fact, didn't a Korean get a Nobel Prize for that? |

Tokyo Gore Police is awesome.
If no one ever got dismembered, they'd probably die anyway from high, extremely high, blood pressure.
Suicide Club had a few good parts too.
And a lot of kawaii.
Try as they may, the Dutch will never best the Japanese in freaky gross out movies. |

Yeah, 'Let The Right One In' is a great flim, but these two films shouldn't even be compared.
Go watch 'Audition', it's a good one. |
Yeah it was a bit weird of me to compare them
Just happens to be the last two European films I saw recently
Gonna watch Girl with the dragon tattoo tomorrow - hoping that's good too
Cheers for the Audition rec - is that the Japanese one?
Was on my to watch list but forgot about it
Anyone seen the Japanese movie Tenten?
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1098226/
Wanna see that, seems they show Tokyo quite a bit in it
Korean movies I saw recently:
Bestseller - average
The outlaw - was good till the 3rd act
Chaser - loved it, lead actor is amazing
3 iron - great movie
Jeon Woochi - funny bits and has Im Soo Jung in it but not great
Rewatched:
The Host - enjoyable and funny
Memories of murder - same lead as the host who i enjoy watching, great movie
Tale of two sisters - makes more sense now
Lady vengeance - not so great second time around |

| As soon as I saw the words "romantic" and "vampire" I decided that I will not watch that film. Vampires are so lame. It's torture porn and zombies for me, or the occasional spooky film like "The Ring." Just so long as there is no real resolution and it looks like people are inevitably going to die and suffer physical losses trying to escape. Sadism. Hateful sadism. |
There's really no romance to speak of. Both the leads are a bit too young. There's also not much vampirage. It's more of a coming of age kind of thing, only one of the leads is ageless. It's definitely worth watching and not to be compared with, say, the steaming pile of crap that is Twilight. |
OK, I'll give it a whirl! Thanks |
