This doesn't exist as a pre-built PC on the site. I would have them build it to my specs that i listed. I heard that they speak English there?

If you plan on being in Korea at least a couple years getting a desktop PC is good idea if you're into gaming. After few years the PC will be outdated anyways. Otherwise a laptop + monitor is a better option for casual users.
