I had surgery when I was 9. I ground my teeth ever since I had them and also snored. I got my adnoids and tonsils out. You might try that.

I think I'll try that because I might have apnea too. The snoring I don't care much about. However try to get your tonsils taken out in the USA. They almost never do it.

I snore pretty hard sometimes, but it ain't fun and it ain't all sleep. Sometimes I my throat
gets so dry that it gets red and sore. Sometimes I wake myself up. Sometimes my wife wakes me up by trying to smother me with her pillow.

I use the nasal strips pretty religiously - they work great. Keeps the nasal passages open enough that I can breath better. The problem isn't my uvula or anything like that - its that my nasal passages are too narrow (even surgery didn't correct it) to breath through my nose all the time. Most of the time, I can breath fine, but at night all it takes is a few boogers or a little snot and I can't breath through my nose. Then the snoring begins.

Try the strips - my wife loves them. I've woken up a couple of times as she's strapping one over my nose.

Oh, cool! Where do you buy them?

You can get them here, but I've only found small sizes since Koreans don't generally have gif schnozes. I get mine shipped from the US
