You're long past the point at which I'd just burn files I need to a CD, then reinstall the OS.

Some viruses get into files and the only way to get them out is to ruin files that Windows needs.

Your machine sounds like such a mess.

You might spend less time starting from scratch, and have a faster machine when you're all done.
