i'm currently trying to get my pension also. My employer has been reporting me as earning much less than I earned and the pension office should have the information changed later today.
However, I've also heard a rumor that the school will change owners. Would my boss still owe me the money that the pension office says it owes me? Or would that be just voided because of the change of ownership? |
IF the claim has been made AND you have paid up your contribution
then the pension office will chase her for her contribution; even if she sells out or closes the doors.
IF you have not filed a formal claim and paid up your share they will drop it as a non-issue.
To make the claim/complaint you need to prove your income (contract and/or pay slips/bank book), show your ARC and passport and sign on the dotted line. They will charge you then and there for your unpaid contribution (so be ready to pay up) unless you can show something that says YOUR deductions from salary were appropriate and she under paid.
