Me too! Perhaps the knock-off brands are from China. You know, like the LV purses.

Yeah, they're supposed to be made in England. I'm wearing a pair now (not Cherry, fortunately ...) The Chinese ones fall apart after 3 weeks, like everything made in China.


My friend has had his for a few months and they haven't fallen apart.

Please stop trolling my thread.

Sorry. Doc Martins really are good shoes. They're not cheap, but you won't need another pair for at least 3 years. I think I had one pair for 5 years one time. I'm sad to hear they've shipped production to China though.
