SMOE, MS, central Seoul. I can do whatever I want. About half the time, I take a very generic idea from the book and make up my own stuff. Two of my co-teachers then take some of my stuff and put it on the tests. The other ignores everything I do. The other half of the time, I do what I want, because I have no idea what the point of the chapter is. Also, I have never been able to get my CTs to reliably tell me what chapter they are on.
