I have been to almost every tattoo shops to get work done in Seoul from tattoo korea to little shops in hongdae, however, out of all of them INKHOLIC does the best work, and memento(the owner/artist) is really helpful towards the customer. I wanted to get a sleeve so he guided me on what would look best and how to design it to my liking, really good service here and his work is probably the best in Korea hands down. His shop is in Gangnam, nice n clean I am going back again since the prices are really great for Korea.

That's cool. But how much was your sleeve? I'm thinking about doing a halfie. Most tattoo shops here want over a million for a full sleeve. Just curious about the price of yours.

a full sleeve for 1M is very cheap and I would not be comfortable paying that, good artists are worth good money, with that being said here are some shops in Seoul depending on the style you are looking for:

www.tattooism.net (portraits, chicano, custom)

www.inkerscrew.com (chicano, irezumi/japanese, custom)

www.horikuni.com (only irezumi, traditional japanese style)

I am working with all these places and I can help you out with anything you are looking for, feel free to message me with any questions

I had a good experience at SeongYeon Tattoo Studio in Itaewon. This guy is great. Friendly and easy to deal with. He drew a custom design for me that I loved and was perfectly my style. He is skilled and does great, fine line work. His style is quite contemporary. I took a Korean friend on my first visit to help explain what I wanted, but his English is good enough to go alone to get the work done after that.
