1. accidently ripped button off my shirt.
2. Forgot to charge my nearly dead phone last night, then forgot to bring charger to work with me (but remembered a block away from my apartment at least)
3. Most importantly, left my vday present for gf back at my apartment too. Unfortunately I remembered this right when I got to work.

yeah, great Monday morning.
