Try an after school gig.
5 hours and 15 minutes a day, and sometimes only 4, with the same pay and most of the same benefits of a hagwon. I am never going back to that hagwon bs. |

Afterschool Hagwon here - officially my work hours are 2-10, but my teaching hours are only 5-10 and usually with an hour or more's break. The other time I use to plan/research lessons, answer emails, go for a coffee or just read a book.
Actual teaching hours are the main thing to be concerned about. |

| Hearing that male gyopos in the states are a virtual no go at a position with same bennies--airfare, housing, and pay. You guys agree? I'm lookin for a good hagwon or afterschool program that'll supply me with those bennies. If one of you guys could pm me with some details or connections, greatly appreciated. |

| I have to report by 9AM and the day ends at 5:30. Pretty normal 9-5 hours. 30 classes a week, each class is 40 minutes. I wouldn't do any of the crazy hours. There are a LOT of jobs out there if you're patient. |
