Oculis, thanks for the link. I am pretty sure my admin at my PS was not doing the 30% deduction for 2008-09 and is now way overcharging me! This, on top of paying me ate last month. Even my former head teacher called him an idiot when he heard I hadn't been paid. Then he said I can't get a refund for past years...called the NTS and they said, well, sure you can!

had an old school that used to charge me 5%...when I negotiated the pay I took that into account...lots of crooks out here that think they're tricky...bosses will try to trick you into that BS as so they don't have to pay into pension/health (with the extra $$$ they "tax")
