| The first one is nicer (bit of an understatement) but I can't say I'd rather live there. Only if it's a place to go in the winter. I would be insanely bored on a big stretch of villa like that; no neighbours I assume. Perhaps it's my age. |

I think that's what we would call a "duplex" in the U.S. |
a duplex is just 2 houses together... i didn't clarify..
a villa is 1 building conected to many others in a complex.. in australia |
