Cheese or a spoon of peanut butter. How about an apple dipped in peanut butter?

Yum. Arrowhead Mills Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter is just the thing. What do I like to put it on? My tongue. OK. Usually I put it on a spoon first. Mighty fine.

I get it from iHerb.com and it costs less (even including shipping) than it does to get organic peanut butter at eMart.

Here's what it would cost you:

Arrowhead Mills Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter 16oz. (453g.): $4.87
Shipping:........................................................... $6.00
Total:................................................................$10.87
$5 discount if it's your 1st order
and you use this discount code: COC920.....minus-$5

Total amount (including shipping) if it's your first
order with iHerb.com..........................................$5.87
Expected shipping time to Korea: 5 days

Fixed.

Anyhow, this week I 'ave been mostly eating roasted chickens.

In all seriousness, I usually snack on oranges or custard creams.
