Even if Korea (and the rest of Asia aren't deploying IPv6 yet) there are major players (outside of Asia) who are (out of necessity) and there ARE connectivity issues resulting from it.

Im on a contract with Kt Olleh,does anybody know the name of the application I need to download on my cellphone in order to show me how many free minutes,messages and data I have left per month?
