The closest party city to korea is Tokyo and Osaka.

Shanghai is great but you need a visa.

Macau has lots of big clubs in the casinos too.

Angeles and Pattaya are both absolutely worthless unless your goal is to pay for sex every night. Pattaya is by far my least favorite place in Southeast Asia (including Manila).

Probably why I've never been to either. I hear the same
thing from others. I guess I'd be willing to hit Goa if it were on
the way to somewhere. I'd much prefer just chilling on the beach
somewhere.

I've driven through Angeles and it's pretty gross.

Pattaya I went to because my ex (Korean) had heard great things about it. I spent awhile arguing against going there, but eventually gave up.

One can go to Russia quick and cheap from Pusan/Seoul.

http://www.vladivostokavia.ru. ( flights every day)

Does that mean one should? I have no idea, someone else would have to be the judge of that.

Geez man, if you are willing to go all the way to South East Asia then there is only one club you need to hit and that is Zouk in Singapore.

Club Zouk's world famous.

I don't know why all these guys are talking about sex tourism. Not judging them, but I think you're asking for a club scene not a monger scene.

Hi Italy-
Really? Had no idea.

Oh my god ! you're kidding me, right? Its a dance club with peak time house music.

Also has a nice lounge and wine bar for weeknights too.
