Yes. Many universities have them. If you take a job at one and have ambitions to get into the university proper, I suggest you make yourself aware of the politics (if any) between them. Often, while they are somewhat separate entities, there are overseers from the university who, at arms length, discreetly control many of the goings on in the unigwon. Understanding these relations can often be important in making the jump.

You seem paper qualified, but need experience. Before taking a job at a reputable but dodgy unigwon, look into a second tier university; a satellite of one of the majors (Yonsei has a campus in Wonju with often quite different hiring criteria - people don't want to live in the sticks, for example) or one in a major center that has a lesser reputation. Goodness knows, there are many.
