Kangnamdragon is right--however, for you F-2 holders, privates are legal, as long as you register and pay taxes (9-38%), have a licence, and you don't have an exclusivity clause in your contract (meaning you don't need your bss to give you permission.).
If your wife goes to immigration with the laws in hand (just look them up on the net, then print out the Korean copy), she'll get a lot better service than if you try. They won't hold a man back from providing for his Korean wife and kids. |
