| I read in another forum that you don't need the sealed transcripts anymore, does anyone know how true this is? |

Not sure if you're keen to get the ball rolling faster, but you can apply (at least for EPIK) with a letter of expected graduation. You could do that once you have all your documents if you're still waiting on your degree.

I got my VISA at the end of April from the DC consulate and I needed one. I would contact your consulate for more information if you're unsure. |
