If gestation in Korea is defined as 10 months, (10 x 4 weeks), then when we are paid per month in Korea we should be paid every four weeks.
Since we are paid per calendar month surely gestation could easily be counted in calendar months too?
Anyway I prefer to count in weeks (25 weeks today!)
