I appreciate all of the input. Some great, constructive suggestions/advice. I think I may use the rules "raise your hand, no Korean, mistakes are okay" for both kinder and elementary. These are straight forward, easy to understand/follow and should help keep the class focused on learning. I also think I may post them for the first two weeks then I should only have to remind them from there on out. Thanks!
