If you need a new card, it takes at least 3 weeks. I'm waiting for mine, 2 more weeks to go.
As someone mentioned before, super easy to do in Korea in Seoul and area. Although I had trouble in one of the provinces when I first tried applying about 6 years ago. |

I just finished getting all my paperwork together and I had a question.
Can I just send photocopies of the family registry and certificate of citizenship or do I have to send certified copies?
and can you get the ARC in the states or do you have to get that in Korea? |
