Oh I agree with you. My only issue is how we British folks will be compared with Americans when we put down our percentage marks. I wonder if EPIK are aware that we are graded more harshly than Americans at our universities. |

| In the US as well, there is no connection between universities. Each one has a different standard. Some are really hard, some are really easy. Some you pay a fortune, some you pay a minimal rate. So while its frustrating for Europeans to be compared to US standards, it is frustrating for some US graduates to be placed on the same level as any other US college. I think this is just frustrating for everyone, ha! I think the most importance probably lies within the interview. |

| Also, all ppl who work for EPIK aren't Korean. I remember reading someone got interviewed by an Irish guy so I'm sure they are well aware about the differences between the US gpa and British/Irish percentage. Worry not! |

| The thing is I taught 2 years at a very good Hagwon and have an excellent recommondation from the school. My first two years are terrible at college but my last 2 years are above 3.3. Once they see my transcript they would understand. I just think 2 years teaching and a tefl but my GPA is a little low shouldn's disqualify me. I am a much better teacher than any first year teacher with a 4.0 and a tefl |

According to some things I've read, EPIK prefers the newb because they can pay them less.
I dunno, everything with this seems like a gamble anyway.
I wouldn't fret, just apply and see what happens! |
