Immigration is a department of the MOJ and they always check when you change your status (extend, transfer, etc). I am just surprised that she mentioned it to you.

But what about for the MOE? I keep hearing F visa holders complain they need to submit a new CBC each year to the MOE. E-2 holders don't? |
