| I am on an F-2. Two schools asked to see my degree, CRC, and ARC only. I only provided a local CRC and as of yet they haven't requested one from the UK. One hagwon has asked for a CRC, degree, ARC, and health ~ drug check. With regards to the last part i've asked the boss to show confirmation of that. As i say, i am an F-2 doing part time gigs. |

What do you mean "to show confirmation of that"?
Bosses can ask for whatever documentation they want (as long as it does not violate existing laws) as a condition of hiring you or rehiring.
So in this case it doesn't matter that you are an F-2.
See immigration requires this of E-2 visa holders as a condition of obtaining the visa. However businesses or schools may require this as a condition of employment regardless of what visa you are on.
And that is perfectly legal...there's no law saying they can't ask you for a health check if you are on an F-2 visa. On the other hand you are free to walk away and sign on somewhere else... |

She did indicate it was for the D of E, and I've worked there for 3 years and provided a health check, degree, ARC just back in April, which I should have mentioned. Maybe it's time to move on as it's the lowest paid job and longest commute anyway |
