And why do you need to write in broken English to prove you're a native speaker? It's so obvious from your comments, especially your last post, that you aren't. You just keep giving yourself away. Very, very amusing! |

OP,
I think you do need two sets of documents. The Korean Education Ministry now requires a set of documents along with the Immigration office. |

If this is true, then it must have just come into effect.
When I came here in Sept--just 2 months ago, only 1 set of documments was required  |
