A hogwan to teach survival Korean to expats. Teachers would be female, young, pretty and topless. I think the rest would fall nicely into place.

We used to call that "language exchange".

sure, for young women who want to think theyre cool drinking in starbucks, doing yoga, and want to have the chance to up their status by knowing a slim, stylish western girl, it would make a killing....

i still say kindies are the best money in the esl game. parents throw their money at anything to let the kid have a great start, and they cant get too distracted with hagwons yet..

Back in the good old days prior to the recession, when they couldn't get enough teachers especially in the countryside, I remember this grey haired 59 year old woman who was a teacher in my small town. She was the crabbiest old bag that you'd never want to meet. So, as far as the logo goes, be careful what you wish for. (Let me add, I don't live there anymore. From what I've seen and heard, it's mostly 22 year olds who live there now.)

Bloody funny though - made me laugh out loud (and I'm female).

I always thought it'd be nice to have a sport themed English hagwon that sort of split classroom and gym/field time, but everything is all English in both. Stereotyping a bit, but I find a lot of younger boys (6-9 years old) in conventional hagwons just can't handle being cooped up all day and might benefit a lot from an environment where they get to use up some energy. The classroom stuff could mostly be on the theme of sports; articles and stories about soccer, baseball, etc.

You just need a good name to sponsor your sports academy like Becks - he made a few quid with his football academy. Out of all the ideas here I think this one actually sounds pretty decent.

But they are the world leaders. If people are going to make insults, shouldn't be offended if they come back.

I thought the Aussies passed us in the last few years? Could be wrong.

Oh well, America #1!
