So sex, no sexual actions. Don't get horny. Eunuchs live longer than average men, and on a small scale it keeps one from needing too much sleep.

Anybody remember that quote from Rocky? "Women weaken legs!" Someone did a study on it. Women don't actually weaken legs, chasing women weakens your legs.

Stop chasing the ladies.

It's proabably why eunochs live longer. That and I read somehwere that testosterone is a poison.

I remember watching a show on this in Japan...some tests were done on a group of men over a few months and it turned out that they were about 6% weaker physically if they had ejaculated the night before.

Well, short of recommending ephidrine, speed, wake-ups, psilocybin or wheeling an I.V. of espresso around with you, I think that you have been given a lot of great tips.
Did you make any decisions on what you will do? Anything posted here that you don't do?

Is this situation really as traumatic as people here are making it out to be?? I've been working 12-14 hour days, 5 days per week for the past 6 months...i think it's pretty damn normal.

Simply put, sack-up and tough it out for a week or two and do not take naps during the day. Your body will adjust...I expect that after a while you'll actually start appreciating the routine.

I taught nine hours a day in January, from nine to eight. I was usually at the school for 12-13 hours to finish my prep. What got me through was a regular schedule and exercise, changes of scenery on weekends, and lots of juice and water. Still felt like a zombie by the end of the month, though.

Good luck.
