I don't mind Ugg boots

What about those ridiculous shades people wear with the strips of plastic where the glass should be? Not sure if I've seen them here but definitely back home

Glasses with no glass is just silly. Non prescription lenses, fine. Glasses can be stylish. But why have no glass at all? To prove you have good eyesight??

I don't think they look bad. Too flashy for me but I reckon they can look good sometimes

Despite being proud of my disregard for whatever is 'cool'.......I do die a little inside every time I see couple tees. It really is unbearably uncool. The girl can be forgiven because cute is what they have to do, but the guy.......Jezzus man. Have some dignity.

I've even seen a presumably honeymooning couple in Jeju-do wearing matching Hello Kitty furry sweater and pants suits.......I just wanted to kick the guy in the balls. Show him some Clint Eastwood movies. Take him to a strip club. How do you come back as a man after un-ironically wearing a furry Hello Kitty suit?

Shorts over black leggings in the middle of winter. It's worse than ever this year.

I don't dislike UGGs, in fact I have their gloves for winter, slippers for home and been using boots since the 90s after surfing. Its just every 8-9 out of 10 women where I live wear them, and that's not exaggerating. Its ridiculous how popular they are now.

There are a lot of awful trends here, but shiny suits are awesome. I once saw two on mannequins in a store window: one all gold, one all silver. The only reason I didn't immediately purchase and subsequently wear one for the rest of my life was because I knew I would never be able to decide which one to get.

Similar to this...Anyone see people in the summer wearing those cheap fabric shoe-slippers, usually red or blue...they look like they're about to have the person's toe punch through...worn without socks, snug fit, the shoe fabric isn't properly adhered at the toe the way a normal shoe is, but looks like its glued on or something and is about to come apart...looks like they're made out of some nylon-canvas hybrid?

You aren't talking about Toms, are you?

YES! AWFUL AWFUL SHOES. I wouldn't give directions to someone wearing those shoes. I wouldn't date, a girl, much less buy her a drink if she was wearing those shoes.

At least have the dignity to fail by wearing Nine West.

Whats worse is I thought they were some Korean thing, I guess they were big back home and I missed it since I've been over here.

The only Tom shoes people should be wearing should be Tom Ford.

When I was a kid everyone, both male and female, used to wear ugg boots. (And they were CHEAP!) But these days it seems to be a girls only thing. I even remember seeing a thread in this forum about that some time ago. I gotta admit that in the winter when it gets that damn cold, I don't give a rat's rectum how uggly my footwear becomes - those babies are toasty!

Also, someone was knockin' down Converse allstars. Since I was 8 years old I have owned at least one pair at any given time. I've seen them come in and out of vogue several times over the years, but I still wear 'em 'cause they're just great lightweight summer shoes.

I stood in the elevator the other day and watched the most ridiculous sight: a young Korean woman stepped on dressed in a baseball cap, an ill-fitting T-shirt, tiny shorts, red leotards and sneakers... and she was preening herself. Lady, what is the point in checking yourself out in the elevator mirror if you could not even bother to get dressed in the morning? (Now on the other hand, if a Korean girl just acts casual and does care about her appearance, that is a different matter.)

I often like to dress very casually too, but I do not vainly hope I can look like anything but a slob thus.
