That's true. Some serious hunting went on in that place, especially on Saturdays. I can honestly say I've been to very few places that had girls as aggressive as some of the ones you'd find at Gecko's. Perhaps Korean blogs six or seven years ago marked it as the place where they could go try out a foreigner for a night in virtual anonymity and pretend nothing happened once the night or weekend was finished. |
You're probably right about the blog thing. My guess is that some Korean bird did a write up about how Gecko's was a good place to find westerners, and all of a sudden you'd find the place swarmed with K-broads all weekend. Similar to what happened with Smokey Saloon (what a crap hole, by the way) and restaurants that Koreans flock to once their favorite blogger or television show tells them to go. |
