just stay in a yeogwan - cheaper than a love motel since you say quality or cleanliness isnt a big deal - just cheapness (surprise surprise for an EFLer in Korea! ^^) There are a lot of them in gangnam side streets, and near to hyehwa - i dont know about other areas, sorry. I live in Seoul so i dont use them...
