Actually its not the same market for an E2 vs a F-visa holder so there is not cutting into the profits.
As for tutoring on an E2, sure its done by lots of people. Some gets busted, some do not. Up to the person to weigh the odds and decide what they are willing to accept, namely the fact that if they do get busted they can expect a hefty fine and potential deportation and a ban from returning.
Just have to weigh that risk vs the reward. |
