For me, its a scoop of plain protein powder, flax seed, coconut oil, milk and a frozen banana and strawberries.

I brought my BlendTec back with me over Christmas, cant believe I went 3 years without it!

If strawberries aren't too expensive...then 'yes'.
Hemp protein powder. Coconut oil (in everything, really).
Plain yoghurt (most of the time).
Bananas (usually)
Flax seed (ground)
Soy milk.
If I'm feeling like I need it, I'll sprinkle a few
has hish flakes in there.

BAM.

Typically...

Ice
Natural Yoghurt
Apples
Oranges
Banana
Kiwi
Broccoli
Spinach
Pak Choi

Doesn't taste as bad as you'd think and it's about as healthy as it gets.

Experimented with putting seaweed in there too but it stunk my apartment out so badly (even when it was wrapped in clingfilm and had a plastic bag tied round it) that I vowed never to bother again.

Mmmmm KFC Cheesy Bacon Bowl Smoothie.

It's Korea - gotta have corn in it!

Reminds me that some outfit in America was selling chicken-flavored soda pop. Don't know if they still make it.
