i recommend making a lot of friends and finding someone who is way better than you and isn't a jerk.
playing with someone better than you, even for fun, is the best way to get better quick. it motivates you to sit at home and woodshed - the 'friendly competition' element is great.
if you are somehow able to find a bonafide GUITAR TEACHER in seoul, do that. invest in lessons. every time i've taken a lesson, even when playing semi-professionally and thinking i was a hotshot, it's sent my technique thru the roof.
