| I'll be working tomorrow.....although after speaking to most of my students yesterday it doesn't sound like there will be many kids showing up tomorrow. |

| Can some foreigners vote in the generals? My family is nagging me to "Exercise my rights" so I'm just gonna vote for the guy who seems the least useless. |

I believe that most foreigners are capped at the Gu or administrative level.
The highest level I recall voting in here was for the Seoul Education Superintendant. |
