I'll be working tomorrow.....although after speaking to most of my students yesterday it doesn't sound like there will be many kids showing up tomorrow.

Can some foreigners vote in the generals? My family is nagging me to "Exercise my rights" so I'm just gonna vote for the guy who seems the least useless.

I believe that most foreigners are capped at the Gu or administrative level.

The highest level I recall voting in here was for the Seoul Education Superintendant.
