Mine took over 8 weeks to arrive. The paperwork that I got first told me that it would be ready in three weeks. When I came to pick it up, they didn't have it.

They did give me a paper with a special stamp and number on it, but the phone carriers and banks didn't budge.

It's an unusual situation, but it does happen.
