We used Delta a few times and we had no problem with them. We fly with our two kids and Delta's in-flight and airport service was great. However, in my experience most asian carriers blow North American carriers out of the water in terms of service and food. If we have the choice and if the price is right then we would always pick KAL, Asiana or JAL over a North American carrier.

Still, Delta & AA are eons ahead of Air Canacrap when it comes to service, staff courtesy and all the details that make flying less painful!

We prefer the extra hassle of going through US security over subjecting ourselves to AC induced flight horror.
