The restaurant has the right to refuse service to whom ever it damn well pleases. It should have a narrow doorway to stop lazy, fat, obnoxious dicks like this cretin from getting in - for his own health.

He's creating a disturbance in a public place (by eating so much and stopping the restaurant serving other paying customers) so should be arrested. Picketing outside is just displaying the fact he's a lazy, fat, obnoxious dick and they should pay some local goons to kick the shit out of him. What a fat waster.

As to false advertising;

are all bullshit.

I like the way Americans have substituted the word 'fat' with 'big'. It is another way of avoiding the truth and not facing this problem. A third of the nation is obese for Christ's sake.
