No, keep showing up, and you're not being paranoid. Don't take their bait, they're going to use it to try and say "HE NOT COME TO WORK, WE FIRE HIM AND NO GIVE BONUS!"

Hell, take a picture of yourself there with the day's newspaper in front of your school for good references just in case they try to say you never came to work. You can't be too paranoid or careful when it comes to crazy hagwon bosses.
