None of that stuff you listed was illegal. If someone was screwed out of pension money, that is clearly in the pension offices' jurisdiction. The labor board would just think you are strange for bringing stuff to them which isn't in their area of responsibility, and which they can do nothing about.
Just play it out, take them to small claims court or the labor board for the vacation time after your contract is finished. |
