I with Schwa and NYCgal on this one.
Two possible and likely options:
1- This is trolling
2- The OP is really not suited to teach and is finding this out the hard way. If he or she has no actual training as a teacher this just makes his or her troubles worse both in the class and with management because he or she is then UNABLE to plan and manage a class properly which leads to chaos in the classroom, stress for him or her and frustration from his or her employer.
Solution?
1- Get some training in classroom management on his or her own time (get some books, go online and look for classroom management strategies...)
2- Quit and leave to find work he or she is better suited for. |
