Clearly you've never experienced 헝어 (Heong-o), which is aged and fermented meat of a skate/sting ray. If someone dumped a wheel barrel full of rotten squid into filthy PC-bang urinal...you would begin to get a vague idea of what we're dealing with. There's a restaurant by my house. Strangely, it smells worse in the winter than it does in the summer. It's like some tragic epidemic at an OB/GYN gone seriously south. This isn't hyperbole; it's really awful.
