This is a franchise and unless it's changed it's the second or third in Korea as I know of one other, and I think it had another location already

Times Square Mall near Yeongdeungpo Station also has a On the Border. |

According to this, they have an On the Border as well as a Tomotillo. I prefer OTB, but options are nice. |
