...anyways most likely you will have to pay the full price tag of the phone at the time that you purchased it. Hopefully, they'll also make you pay the amount that you contracted with them.

You should contact SK and talk to a sales representative. They should send you to a supervisor who will help you deal with it.

Ill give them back the phone (in mint condition) and pay up to 1mil won.

Wonder if that will be enough....

I certainly hope not. I'd rather you have to give back the phone..in mint condition...pay for it at the value of the tag when you got it..then pay the monthly fee you agreed to pay in the 2-year contract that you broke (with no intent on paying after you left), while throwing in a ban on you and limiting your ARC# to pre-pay phone only.

That sounds most reasonable since you did...well..make it impossible for someone to buy that mint condition phone and use it. You also made it impossible for the company to mutually grow with the contractual investment it would have made with the would-be user. And like you said, you're already understanding that you were in the wrong. But, well, to me I think your "understanding" needs some bone to it.

Give the phone back, pay the entire 2-year contract amount, and the non-discounted tag price of the device at the cost of the time you signed up to screw the people over.

To me, starting from that idea sounds more like "understanding" the evils of your ways and also "understanding" responsibility for your actions.

Simply put, you're a thief. Do you really think your proposition above shows your "understanding?"

On another note:

If the contract is not over, then you should try to talk over paying up the months you've missed, explain that you are willing to pay in full the non-discounted price for the phone that you received with the contract, and use the phone as normal from that point. If, however, your 2-year contract has already passed, then you should return to the beginning of this post and disregard "On another note."
