Dogs like anything. Except broccoli. I ruined my dog's dinner one night testing the "dogs will eat anything" theory. No they won't.

Now I like doughnuts; even consider myself a bit of a connoisseur, but I've never had the pleasure of enjoying a Krispy Kreme.

So please share with us the details of the culinary delight that is the Krispy Kreme doughnut. Why are they better than what I can buy at Dunkin' Donuts? I don't imagine that would be too difficult.

I have never heard of them either until the other day on Sex In the City.

But, then, I have never been into the chain stores. In the USA, for example, you can go to Dunkin Donuts, and that's ok. OR. you can go to the guy across the street and his are a million times better.

Same in Korea. Here in Kwangju close to campus we have a Paris Baguette. GARBAGE. But just another 5 minute walk there is a private Bakery. Not only is everything he makes 10000000 times better than the same item at Paris Baguette, but he also makes the best REAL (Baked) cheese cake I have ever had, and pumpkin bread and banana cake that is like my grandmother used to make. He also makes home made chocolate candy that is just like I had had in the best shops in Switzerland.

My advice is to skip chain stores and just see what is in the private stores. Usually much better.

No, there isn't.

Yes there is. Just opened between Shinchon subway and Shinchon station (the overland line).
They just delivered about 20 boxes stuffed full of donuts to my office as a courtesy taster. I didn't even know what they were. Never heard of em.

Tasted atrocious but if that rings your bell, be happy, there is one in Seoul as of now. Cool

OK I wandered around Sinchon yesterday and didn't see any sign of the store, I'm pretty sure it's not open until the start of December, but where is this Shinchon overland line station you're talking about?

besides the one in Sincheon there are two other ones in Seoul now. One is in the Lotte hotel/department store complex near eilchro 1-ga (sp??) and a new one near Apkujeoung subway statation, across the street from the Hyundai Department store. Go, enjoy, be fat, satisfy that inner craving everyone alive has for dem damn tasty circles of fat.

Krispy Kreme has some business tactic that involves really slow expansion, the first one only opened in England late 2003, and as far as I know, there's still just one- in Harrods, London of all places.

There is now another KK in London. It is inside Victoria Station, next to platform 7. Very Happy

Yes there is a Krispy Creme doughnuts located here in Seoul! It is located Sinchon subway station line number two. Find the exit where Mcdonald's is located. I think there open till 11 pm. Hope this helps.

Krispy Kreme is no place for fat Western chikcs to hangout at-that will increase the fat western chikc waistline, and the chance of Type 2 diabetes.

the krispy kreme in sinchon opened early this year. go out the mcdonald's exit, walk toward yonsei uni and hang your 1st right...mmmaybe 2nd. it's on the right.

if you wanna buy a bunch and keep them fresh forever:
take em outta the box when you get home, and place them individually/separately in the freezer until they freeze solid. stick em in a bag and pop one or two in your toaster oven whenever you need a fix.

you're a meanie

donuts are no better for men than they are for women, so there's really no need to single out 'fat western chicks'

someone ought to kick you in the shins
