This is bizarre!
This must have been an overzealous foreign head teacher that came up with this insane idea.
If the person / people are this demanding just at the document submission stage of the hiring process, expect that it'll get worse if you're "lucky" enough to get hired.
Forget it.

The employers expectations from the start are a bad sign. They are expecting/demanding more than the average school but don't want to pay more than the average school.
Just getting a work visa is a ton of BS in and of itself. All the extra hoops and requirements they set out from the start has me thinking it will only get worse once you are "lucky" enough to get hired.
I'd pass on this one too. |

| That's simply a ridiculous amount of work to ask for in a job application. I wouldn't want to work for an organization with that little common sense. |
