I went to this place on Sunday and found the honey hole! It is on the first floor. Each booth has a color. This was in the YELLOW section number 100. It's right next to the ramp that goes up to the second floor.

This little old lady had a ton of stuff. I bought 4 MRE's for 5,000 won each. She had some gear I wanted but in the wrong color. Check it out if your interested. Cheers.
