I'm assuming you are doing something like Starting Strength, and if you are not you should be.
You won't get jacked. You will get stronger, and maybe put on some muscle.
Start with a strength base, maybe a year of training. Throw in bodybuilding if you want hypertrophy.
It all depends on your goals. |
